Devonshire Tea at Dunluce Castle

The City of Holdfast Bay invites you to join them for a guided tour of Dunluce Castle with Devonshire tea on Monday 8th May 2023. There will be three sessions to choose from, one at 9.30am to 11.00am, another at 11.30am to 1.00pm, and another from 1.30pm to 3.00pm.

Dunluce Castle, located at 12 Yester Avenue, Brighton, is a lavish mansion built in 1912 by the Rev Alexander McCully. It was based on a wing of the Dunluce Castle in Antrim, Northern Ireland.  It had some 13 main rooms, a dozen original fireplaces, an imposing Blackwood staircase and cedar ceilings. Dunluce Castle has much to offer those interested in local history.

The tour will conclude with scones, tea or espresso coffee in the dining room. The cost is $25.00 per person and bookings are essential. For more information and to reserve your spot, visit the City of Holdfast Bay website .
