I am a freelance writer living in Manly. I enjoy writing reviews for Weekend Notes.
I enjoy the outdoors and anything to do with the water. My interests are travel, Live Theatre,The Ballet and Restaurants that serve delicious innovative food.
Last week after being in Sydney's CBD for the day, I returned to Circular Quay and decided to take a stroll around Dendy Cinema to take a look at its current attractions. This is a favourite place of mine as it has great movies on show. Plus the view is impressive, looking over the harbour from every vantage point.
The attractive entrance to the Dendy Cinemas Opera Quays
The surroundings are beautiful at this special place, as you have the night lights of beautiful Sydney Harbour within close view. The harbour bridge sparkles with light in front of you. There is such a diversity of attractions to enjoy all within easy access.
As you make your way towards Dendy Cinema Opera Quays, along the attractive walk way from Circular Quay, you will notice a lot of restaurants to choose from - so why not stop for a meal.
The attractive walk way that leads to the Dendy Cinema has lots of restaurants to choose from.
So if you find yourself with time on your hands in the CBD, take a walk to Circular Quay and around to Dendy Cinema via the walkway that goes around to the Opera House. This is somthing you can do on your own or in the good company of others. Enjoy the great view of our beautiful harbour, a great hot chocolate at the Guylian Chocolate Cafe and see a good film. This is something I do at the end of my day in the city from time to time before catching the ferry back to Manly. It is great fun.
