Summary

Get inspired! The biggest challenge in feeding or being a picky eater is coming up with creative recipes ideas. This cookbook contains genius ideas for people who like almost nothing, regardless of age!

Food is meant to be fun. Put your personal twist on everything you prepare. Know that there are no rules. If you want to slather everything in ranch, so be it! Want extra cheese?

  • Breakfast

  • Lunch

  • Chicken Pasta Salad
This recipe has the perfect ratio of mix-ins... meaty, (chicken, bacon), fresh (spinach and tomatoes) and creamy (feta). Leftovers are even better.

    Buffalo Chicken Salad
Included are recipes for the boneless, skinless chicken breast, the dressing and the salad.

    Bruschetta Pasta Salad
Gather your orecchiette, cherry tomatoes and some fresh basil.

  • Dinner

  • Vegetable Spaghetti
A good way to use up leftover vegetables. This is a good recipe for those just learning how to cook.

    Crock-Pot Mac n Cheese
Dump everything in the slow cooker, set for 2 hours then remind yourself how good you are.

    Spiced Chicken Tacos
Taco Tuesday should be every day. The spices make the chicken unreal.

    Chicken Fajitas
This is a Tex-Mex dinner. Even the kids can prepare. To make the recipe outstanding, marinate in olive oil, lime juice, and red pepper flakes.

    Broccoli Cheddar Soup
A wonderful way to warm up on a freezing night. Use whatever cheese that you prefer.

    Hamburger Soup
Just like a burger! Ground beef, potatoes instead of fries, yellow mustard for some zing and bread and butter pickles. Serves 6. Total minutes: 45.

  • Vegetables

  • Garlic-Parm Zucchini Saute
All it takes is a little fresh Parmesan to rock your world.
    Mexican Corn Salad

Creamy, salty, and citrusy. To be devoured at every potluck or cookout. Don't have fresh? Use canned!

  • Mini Meals
  • Antipasto Bites
Tossing the mozzarella balls in olive oil, Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes is a party trick to use.

    Pasta Chips
Whatever your favorite jarred sauce is (for example, marinara, vodka, etc.) works as a dunker.

    Opinion

I really like this cookbook! Out of all, my favorite are Pasta Chips! Easy to prepare, inexpensive to buy the ingredients (pasta and oil, heck yeah) and delicious. I doubt that you would consume potato chips ever again! Just make sure that you do not burn yourself. One complaint? I cannot find any good recipes for breakfast. However, any of the highlighted recipes would be good to have in place.

I do hope that you like this cookbook. I give it a 5-star rating out of 5.
