Come and enjoy various vegan delicacies this weekend
This coming Sunday, 25th March 2018, between 11am to 3pm, Delightful Vegan Festival has come back to entertain Sydneysiders with their beautiful vegan menu. During this bi-annual festival, multicultural vegan delicacies will make its appearance on the menu creatively prepared by their talented volunteer chefs. Not only is this a chance to sample delicious meals, it is also a great opportunity to jump into this expanding food trend.
Starting back in 2001, Delightful Vegan Festival started up as an annual simple vegetarian bazaar in the backyard of old AuGuang Maitreya Cultivation Centre, Randwick. Determined to introduce and spread the spirit of compassion and overall wellbeing to the bigger community, it has evolved into today's vegan version by going through all the upgrades in all areas, such as location and cooking skills throughout the years.
It also attracted many returned customers both vegan, vegetarian and non-vegetarian due to its experts in utilising various herbs and spices as flavours.
Drop in this weekend for an overall wellbeing meal and be inspired by the experience. Maybe you will pick up a few tips on how to prepare a great vegan meal at home or perhaps be inspired to include certain vegetables and herbs in your cooking. Take along your friends and family to enjoy the adventure of exploring delicious plant-based meals from various cultures.
Notes: All purchases will be in cash and the venue does not provide ATM or EFT service, hence make sure you have enough cash with you! Closest ATM will be around 15 minutes' walk.
