Do you love dumplings and ever wanted to make them yourself? Well, here is your chance to learn the art of making delicious dumplings. WEA (Workers' Educational Association, SA) is offering a one-off course on Tuesday 7 April 2020 at 6 pm. This is a three and a half-hour demonstration and hands-on course where students will learn to make their dumpling wrappers from scratch with three types of filling: pork and vegetable gyoza, shrimp and chives and vegetable tofu mandu.
Dumplings is a very popular food in Asian countries like China, Hong Kong, Korea and Japan. It has also become an increasingly popular food item in Australia's Asian restaurants, especially in restaurants offering "yum- cha" menu.
The fee for this one-off course is $74 and it will be held at the WEA centre.
