One of the most popular food items from Chinese, Korean and Japanese cuisines, dumplings are quickly becoming popular in Australia. The Delicious Dumplings class held on 11 May 2021 at the WEA Adult Learning Centre is a great opportunity for those who are interested in learning how to make their own dumplings.
This is one of various events of the Adelaide Food Fringe, an open access food and drink festival held from 7 May 2021 to 16 May 2021, celebrating South Australia's food and beverage industry.

During the course, participants will learn how to make dumpling wrappers from scratch and how to create three types of dumplings: Pork & Vegetable Gyoza, Shrimp and Chives Dumplings and Vegetable & Tofu Mandu. The teaching of making these three dumplings makes use of ready-made wrappers.
