New recipes come to mind amidst huge deli array
With internationally and locally sourced gourmet foods, Tom and Sharon Hansen filled a deli gap in Toowoomba. Established since 2004, Deli Delicious, Fresh Gourmet Market is more of an experience than just a quick shopping trip or coffee and cake deli.

Friendly staff will give you prompt service whether you are ordering food and drinks or simply curious about the variety of cheeses. Arrive early if you want a good seat before the heavy morning tea traffic. Feeling adventurous? Try Marco Polo black tea, aromatic with rose or the exciting new Jaffa hot chocolate. Select from a large range in the cabinet such as best value Danish Dream Cake, Banana Bread or perhaps Rocky Road slice or Banoffee Tart. Two gluten free sweets were available: caramel slice and Baci Cone.

Deli Delicious Cheeses
What's your cheese of choice?

Get comfy on a stool and bring yourself up to date with a copy of Toowoomba Life, free newspaper. While dining you may want to take the advice of the Coffeeology sign and 'take life one sip at a time'. The café attracts worker's meetings as well as social groups.

Coffees are made from the deli's own special blend extracted from the world's best coffee. Pots of tea-for-one are of a generous size. To refresh, try an iced mocha, cold or icy purified water or juice from the fridge.

Plenty of healthy and delicious lunch choices are offered including wraps and rolls of Waygu beef, turkey and salad, ham off the bone and Mediterranean Lamb Pide. Light choices could be ham and kale quiche or pumpkin and beetroot salad.

Rock music accompanies your visit. Heavy wooden tables match shelves laden with every kind of deli product you care to name, including Israeli cous cous, gold medal Curry Mango Tango sauce, Summer Rain food dressing and Sticky Fingers BBQ Glaze. Your mind will be swimming with recipe ideas browsing the deli fridge with a multitude of choices such as Roza's dairy-free, gluten free and vegan range of pestos, bearnaise, Chilli and Ginger Chutney and Coconut Chilli Mayonnaise. Fresh and tempting deli meats, fruit and vegetables and Deli Delicious lollies are also available.

Deli Delicious Jars
A complete library of jars with exotic contents.

Some of the cheeses include Brancourts Mozzarella, Queensland-made Olympus versatile non-melting, Persian Fetta with Chilli and Saffron and Sheep Milk Fetta.

A pretty array of chocolates may guide your eyes to buy some of the Cicada range including Almond and Sea Salt, Berry Crunch and Rum and Raisin.
Deli Delicious Chocolates
Posh & pretty chocs.

Snack foods such as gluten free chips and biscuits tempt you beside the counter. If you're not stopping you may simply wish to drop in to pick up the bread and milk.
Deli Delicious flowers
Colourful spray roses to brighten your day.

A wide range of stunning flowers are arrayed in the vestibule including gorgeous red tulips and spray roses in a variety of colours. If you're blessed you may be offered a free bouquet on occasion.

You'll be spoiled for choice at Deli Delicious and may happily come away with more than you were expecting.
