Delfina's Bistro, located in the Emporium Complex in Fortitude Valley, is a brand new fine-dining venue perfect for drinks on Friday night, long-lingering dinners on the weekend and quick mid-week lunches. This unique eatery is owned and founded by Kellie Ashton, Managing Director of the well-known Brisbane Events Management company Fresh Events + People.
This new venture pays tribute to Kellie's Spanish Grandmother, Delfina, with the menu reflecting Kellie's Spanish heritage; diners will be delighted to find a range of tapas style plates on offer. Currently the menu features delicacies such as Oxtail tortellini, Quail and Confit rabbit.
Mains are equally appetising, with a modern Australian take on classic dishes; choose from Market fish, Slow roasted lamb and Pork belly.
If you have a sweet-tooth, you can indulge in a Frozen mandarin bar, Hazelnut sponge or Almond pannacotta. A selection of Australian, Italian and Spanish cheeses are also available, served with house made lavosh and condiments.
To accompany your meal, choose from a range of custom cocktails, exquisite wines and boutique beers.
