"Here's the thing. Life is an endless series of train wrecks with only brief commercial-like breaks of happiness. This had been the ultimate commercial break. Which meant it was time to return to our regularly scheduled programming"

Deadpool has lots of features willing to make anyone happy. With a foundation of action, superheroes and comedy, it's a film that will make you want to have a second viewing.

The cinematography was superior to most films I have gone to the cinema to view, as I believe this film appeals not only to the younger generations, but also to our parents as well.

We follow the life of Wade (Ryan Reynolds), who is an ex-Marine helping those in need. Attending a normal bar one night, he meets the lovely Vanessa (Morena Baccarat) and both end up in a typical love story. But on the eve of their engagement he learns that he has a cancer that will be ending his life sooner than he pictured.

As he attempts to find a cure to rid him of the cancer, Wade is forced to leave Vanessa in the middle of the night, so as to not put her through the pain of watching him die. He turns to an experimental treatment to repair his damaged cells.

"I didn't just get the cure to el cancer, I got the cure to el everything"

Deadpool is now born; a smart mouthed, highly humorous driven, 'non-Superhero' and a heartbroken Wade who is looking for revenge.

Not once during this film are you ever bored or watching unnecessary scenes. The cast includes a glorious line up as we have familiar faces such as Ed Skrein (Game Of Thrones, The Transporter Refuelled), Karan Soli (Safety Not Guaranteed, Goosebumps) and T.J. Miller (Cloverfield, Big Hero 6, How To Train Your Dragon).

Deadpool is a film that will have you laughing and on the edge of seat from start to finish! I give this film a 4.5/5 star rating.
