The stars have aligned to celebrate the arrival of Daylight Savings at the newly revamped and oh so cool Dolphin Hotel in Surry Hills. Happening on Monday 3rd October from 3pm until late, look forward to a fun and tasty pizza menu by Mitch Orr (ACME), Maurice Terzini and Monty Koludrovic (Dolphin Hotel, Icebergs Dining Room and Bar), an extensive drinks list with a bar takeover by Ed Loveday (Bar Brosé), wine list by James Hird (The Dolphin Wine Room) and pumping music by DJ Levins.
