After a 3-year hiatus, the main street in Dayboro - 'The Town of Yesteryear' - will once again come alive on the last Sunday in May for the Dayboro Day Festival, incorporating the Antique & Collectables Fair at the Dayboro Memorial Showgrounds. All are invited to enjoy the festivities on Sunday 28 May 2023 from 8.30 am.
Event organisers have promised a jam-packed programme of exciting events, great family attractions, fun kids activities and a fantastic showcase of local food this year!
Entry is FREE for the Dayboro Day Festival, held between Williams and Heathwood Streets, Dayboro.
The Grand Street Parade commences at 10.00 am and is followed by the official opening and presentation of the Dayboro Community Awards by the Mayor, local Councillor, State Member, and Federal Member.
Throughout the afternoon, families can then enjoy a host of events, attractions and activities - highlights include:
Cost for entry to Antique & Collectables Fair - Adults is $8.00 / Children under 16 free (must be accompanied by a responsible adult).
Funds raised from the Dayboro Day Festival and Antique & Collectables Fair are returned to the community as decided by DDPAI.

FREE PARKING is available at the Dayboro Memorial Showgrounds and a FREE SHUTTLE BUS service operates throughout the day, ferrying passengers between the Showgrounds and the township. Although, if you prefer, it is but a leisurely stroll through parklands right into the bustling activity at the festival.
The main street, Williams Street, and also Heathwood Street and part of McKenzie Street, are closed to all traffic from 8.30 am to 3.30 pm.
