Thomas the Tank Engine and his Troublesome Trucks are coming to visit all their friends in Queenscliff on the weekend of Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th April and they are bringing with them a carnival full of family friendly fun.
Of course, the highlight of the day will be a train ride pulled by one of Thomas' friends. Take a 45-minute return trip departing on the hour from 10.30am through to the last ride at 2.30pm. Sir Topham Hatt will be on hand personally to wave you off.
The Day Out With Thomas includes an array of other activities and events including a jumping castle and children's maze, Thomas the Tank Engine storytelling, Spot the Engine family activity, a visit from Henry and the chance to blow his whistle, plenty of photo opportunities, a colouring competition and show bags for the kids.
The Clifton Springs Lions Club will be firing up the BBQ for lunch and there will be snacks, hot and cold drinks and ice cream also available to purchase on the day.
Bookings are highly recommended and gift vouchers are another option. Tickets can also be purchased at the gate, but please be warned this event may sell out in advance.
Thomas the Tank Engine is being hosted by the Bellarine Railway located on Symonds Street, Queenscliff on Saturday 8th April 2017 from 10 to 4pm and Sunday 9th April 2017 from 10am to 4pm.
Tickets are priced at $12 for toddlers aged 1 to 3, $25 for adults and children or $90 for a family of five. Under 12 months free.
