The perfect excuse to make a pig of yourself
As part of Good Food Month, and to celebrate the winter solstice, David's Restaurant is holding a special eight-course banquet that will hero a whole suckling pig slow-cooked to perfection. No part of the pig will be wasted, in this 'nose to tail' feast. Dishes include Spicy Salad of Shaved Pig's Ear, and double braised pig hock.
This is a one-off banquet, taking place at 7pm on Tuesday 11th June. The cost is $120 per head which includes matched wines. Book early as this event is likely to sell out.
