David 'Avocado' Wolfe, renowned nutritionist and proclaimed 'Indiana Jones of Superfoods' will head to Australia for his FINAL EVER tour this March. From Friday 3rd March to Sunday 5th March, Wolfe will bring his 3-day seminar to Sydney which will be jam packed full of must have knowledge with fresh material from his own research on detoxification and longevity. Learn all about the natural ways to reduce ageing, increase longevity and beauty through his dynamic presentations! In an Australian first, he will be discussing the benefits of cryotherapy and demonstrations of a cryotherapy chamber on stage.

FRIDAY
A presentation on superfoods including a live Q&A. Learn to develop strategies to create optimal energy and stamina! Topics covered include detoxification, beauty, enhanced energy, superfoods, the importance of hydration…. And more!

**SATURDAY
**An intensive day seminar covering detoxification and the colour code.

**An outrageous Aztec Gold themed dance party! An alcohol and drug-free event that celebrates life (and chocolate!) get hyped up on the ultimate party superfood, cacao, and dance the night away. Sadhana Kitchen will be providing fine food treats, Pana Chocolate with raw chocolate. The event will feature The Rhythm Hunters, Tribal Movement with Shen and AZAYA. This event occurs on Saturday and is ticketed separately
