The two and-a-half hour set follows the journey of Bowie's remarkable musical career, which spanned five decades. The British icon of popular culture frequently reinvented his persona. From the glam rock era of his alter ego, the androgynous Ziggy Stardust, to Aladdin Sane, distinguished by the lightning bolt across his face, through to the slicked-back blonde hair with a white shirt character; the Thin White Duke, Bowie experimented with his on-stage looks as much as he did his music.
Bowie constantly evolved his style of music genre, from rock to plastic soul, electronic to industrial to jungle, all of which is celebrated in

Tim Rogers, Iota, Adalita, Deborah Conway, Steve Kilbey and more perform Bowie's hits in their own way, backed by the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra in the sublime surrounds of Melbourne's Hamer Hall.
During his lifetime his record sales, estimated at 140 million worldwide, made him one of the best selling artists of all time. The legendary artist will continue to be celebrated, much in the way this once-in-a-lifetime experience will entertain Bowie fans this October.
