David Bowie Is, which is currently on display at ACMI, isn't the only exhibition featuring this well-known artist.

After the success of the David Bowie Heroes Exhibition at the Mossgreen Gallery in Armadale, the exhibition will be appearing at the Charles Rose Gallery in Geelong from 6 to 29 August, 2015.

The exhibition features photography from world-renowned artist and friend of Bowie, Masayoshi Sukita. It features 26 original photographs.The Japanese photographer has been shooting Bowie from the stage to the street since 1972.

Among the most famous is the photo used for Bowie's 1977 album, Heroes, which was reproduced for the cover of the singer's acclaimed comeback album, The Next Day, released two years ago.
