A culinary David double
In a culinary coming together of Davids, David's of Prahran welcomes David Jones of Dalwhinnie Wines for a five-course dinner paired with the wines of the premium Victorian vineyard. Food courses will take diners on a Shanghainese journey, with dishes to include free-range Berkshire pork braised with zhenjiang vinegar lacquer and daikon, and Ranger Valley wagyu beef in Chinese brassica with oxtail and truffle cooked in xo. Matched wines will include top drops from the Moonambel range, such as the 2017 and 2018 Chardonnay, and the 2015 Shiraz.

This one-off evening takes place at 6.30pm on 11th July. The cost is $165 per person for all food and drinks. BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL.
