A weekend escape onboard a heritage diesel train

Dash to Deniliquin is 707 Operations first tour of 2018! Enjoy a relaxing trip onboard a heritage diesel train and carriages to Deniliquin via Bendigo and Echuca. You can opt for a one-way day trip option or a weekend away, travelling through Toolamba and Seymour overnight.

The Dash to Deniliquin begins on Saturday 17 February, departing from the Newport Depot at 7.45 am, with pick ups at Newport Metro Station, Sunshine and Sunbury. Guests will enjoy a cooked breakfast in the Avoca dining car as the heritage diesel train travels north towards Bendigo.

There will be beautiful views along the way as the train climbs up the Great Dividing Range, through Kyneton and Castlemaine. With a 12.20 pm departure, from Bendigo, the train will continue north to Echuca with lunch served onboard. Upon arrival at 1.50pm, guests will have a couple of hours to explore the historic town of Echuca. The train will continue the journey to Deniliquin at 4.45 pm and guests will be served a two-course dinner. Arrival is expected at 6.45 pm.

You can personalise your Dash to Deniliquin journey - either opting for just a day trip or a weekend experience.
