I was definitely not expecting this aesthetically plated dish with edible flowers at a casual dining restaurant. The calamari was fresh and tender to the bite, and not the pre-crumbed frozen calamari rings you get at most places. The Japanese-inspired fried squid and prawn dumpling or Shinjo was a textural delight.
