This dish brought back fond memories of the 80s when 'Surf and Turf' was popular in British and American restaurants. You had the best of both worlds with the beef steak and prawns or a lobster tail in the upper market category. I am glad to know John's modernised version with the added kilpatrick oysters and refined sauces continues to be a winner with customers and keeps the 80s alive for all of us.
