Darlington Parklands, An Epic Super Park Near Brisbane
Yarrabilba Park is settled between Brisbane and the Gold coast area, not far from Logan. the park features a water play area and is dubbed one of the newest "super parks" by reviewers in the Brisbane/Gold Coast region.
The playground equipment is well thought out. Made of timber and rock features it blends into the bushland scenery. The toilets are close and everything is set out so your children are easy to supervise from almost any spot in the park.
The water is just over ankle deep, so don't pack your boogie boards. This is fantastic for young kids who will still need constant supervision, but you can breathe a little easier in shallow waters.
The Water Play area is surrounded by seating. The trees are still developing but coupled with the shade sale it provides enough to be comfortable on a hot day.
