[ADVERT]Wow - what an awesome place to take the kids!

Whilst waiting for my husband to join us in the city for a night in Chinatown, we stumbled upon the Darling Harbour Playground and were just blown away by the amazing kids water feature and park.

If you're going to go, make sure to take a towel or two. There are fantastic water pumps and funnels, 'wind mills' and troughs.

The kids were having such a great time, we had to drag them away and change them into dry clothes when it was starting to get dark.

The playground is great for all ages, there's a huge spiders web, slides and sand equipment. Another great treat is that McDonalds is right there - we were treated to an ice-cream from granny before heading off to supper.

This area is definitely not only for the kids - there are great restaurants, outdoor ping pong tables - the vibe is just buzzing.
