Dance the afternoon away
Do you like dancing? Do you want to get into the groove?

Well, there's great news for dance enthusiasts, especially if you want to improve your strength, balance, memory or mood these are all proven benefits of dancing, and it is so much fun! Current research shows that it is the most effective activity in reversing the signs of ageing, too!



During this 2 hour workshop, you will learn easy jazz combinations of steps and arm movements along with some helpful tips on picking up and remembering choreography.



It will be held at Narangba Community Centre, 227-229 Machkie Road, Narangba on Saturday June 22nd. From 1 pm 3 pm.

No car? It is quite close to the Narangba Train station! Just a short walk and you are there.
