I like to participate in life rather than be a spectator. Music, dancing, theatre, travelling, food, cycling and walking are some of my passions. Writing is an enjoyable pastime that allows me to share my experiences.
Dami Im is currently touring Classic Carpenters at local clubs and theatres around Australia. She recently played two shows at the Blacktown Workers Club.

The last 2016 concert is December 10 at the Astor Arena Perth, but luckily for us there is an encore program culminating with a Mother's Day show at the Sydney State Theatre on May14 2017. Check out her website for the encore concert dates.
Dami is a multi-skilled performer with an amazing range and diversity of talents. Apart from her voice, she also plays the piano and flute and is accompanied by a very skilled group of musicians. She is also beautiful with a gentle self-deprecating humour and although more comfortable singing, is prepared to share some insights and stories of her life.
The show is 2hrs of Carpenters music interspersed with some of Dami's original compositions and latest hits. Dami is on stage most of the show only leaving once for a change of costume. The program is well thought out with periods of light and shade, rock, pop, jazz and ballads.
I must admit I was a sceptical attendee not being a fan of shows like the X Factor, but have now become a fan of Dami. If you enjoy good music and great voices I suggest you try and get a ticket to one of her concerts.
