Hug a koala while you snack on a snag this Father's Day
This Father's Day, take Dad on a day out of hands-on workshops and some great entertainment at The Redlands IndigiScapes Centre, Redland City Council's environmental education centre at Capalaba. You and Dad can meet a koala, enjoy a short mystery bus trip, and snack on a snag from the BBQ.

Open for all ages, this promises to be a fun family day with the focus on flora and fauna and enjoying the great outdoors. You can even help out in the community plantings and be part of your neighbourhood bush care group. Dad could even win one of the great prizes on offer on the day.

The info centre also has displays and other great information which the staff can assist you to locate or answer any questions you might have about your local flora and fauna. They also offer a plant identification service. The Indigiscapes Centre aims to create a sense of wonder about your local environment.
