He's back by popular demand...
It''s
Dado - street performer, magician, mime, clown and balloon blower extraordinaire.
Dado appears as Mon Oncle le Bossu (my uncle the hunchback) in a long coat, black hat and suitcase in his hand, ready to delight the crowds with his unique brand of mime, magic and comedy.
Dado is Daniel Warr - a Canadian who is mostly self-taught as a clown and magician. He has been travelling the world as a professional street performer for the past 14 years.
I spent a lot of time in the
Gluttony garden at the Adelaide Fringe Festival last year and watched Dado perform nearly every day. I looked forward to hearing his musical start-up and then watching the show. And, I laughed every single time. His show is brilliant.
His humour has massive appeal for all ages - he's expressive, interactive and he's very very funny. From the first minute, his show is fun and interesting to watch. To say that the audiences love him is an understatement.
Dado is simply brilliant. Few on words but huge on talent and quick wit. He takes the stage and owns it. See his show at this year's
Adelaide Fringe Festival and I will guarantee that you will leave with a smile on your face.
You can see Dado nearly every day for free in the
Gluttony garden. He also appears in a longer theatre show -
A Frayed Knot at La Petite Grande at Gluttony. Dado's shows are usually a sell out - so get online and purchase some for the whole family.
