Scrambled egg, dill, smoked salmon & caramelised onion on brioche bun $14.00
Now, this was a sensational-looking breakfast dish, and the surprise, was actually inside the smoked salmon dome.
When I cut through the smoked salmon parcel, there was a generous serving of scrambled egg fused with dill and caramelised onion hidden inside. The brioche bun was soft and toasty and complemented the smoked salmon scramble egg so beautifully.
From the moment I walked in, the stacked Croque Monsieurs immediately caught my attention.
