Come Meet Some Animals


You don't expect animals to be part of a library, do you? Well, on Wednesday 23rd January 2019, this will indeed happen. At Moe Library, you will get a chance to meet some cute, cuddly and curious animals, browse the library and the artwork by students at Lowanna College, enjoy a special Storytime and learn more about good animal management.

The program will be fully packed from 10.30 to 5 pm but there will be refreshments and coffee to keep you going. The Lions Club will provide a barbecue from 12 noon to 1.30 pm - gold coin donations welcome and the Coffee Cart will be there from 10 am to 1pm for all your coffee needs.

Here is the program for the day:
10.30am to 11.15am Gippsland Dog Obedience Demonstration
11.30am to 12.15pm Donkey and Sheep
12noon to 1pm Seeing Eye Dog Puppy Raiser
1pm to 2pm Reptiles
2.15pm to 3pm Volunteer Guide Dog Presentation / Animal Story Time for children
3.15pm to 5.15pm Bug Blitz / Bees
4.40pm to 5.15pm Latrobe City Local Laws Animal Management
Artwork by students at Lowanna College will be on display.
