Mary Eats Cake is hosting a tea blending class and high tea degustation for the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival. This award-winning tea house founded by Sarah and Jess will be organising 2 sessions on 31 March, 3 and 7 April. You will be using raw botanicals to create your own signature tea blend, guided by the Tea Sommelier. Your custom blend can be enjoyed at the High Tea that follows the class. The afternoon tea also includes a selection of four savoury items, fresh scones with jam and cream, three sweets and pots of Artisan Teas. You will enjoy a glass of Chandon to open the tea session.
