Oh gosh, how exciting is this! I am already salivating. For the very first time ever,
The Curated Plate, Culinary Festival is launching on the Sunshine Coast. This brand new culinary festival will bring together the region's finest produce and producers with the best chefs in the Australian and international culinary scene.
'Regionally cultivated, expertly plated' is a perfect synopsis for this four day destination.
The Curated Plate has an exhilarating four-day programme bursting at the seams with exclusive culinary events that will span the Sunshine Coast region, bringing the unique local artisan culture to centre stage.
The Culinary Collective is a series of events held in popular Sunshine Coast restaurants, bars and breweries, which will see local chefs unite with feature chefs from
The Curated Plate's festival programme to create one-off menus and unique experiences.

Chase Kojima of Sydney's
Sokyo joins
Spice Bar in the kitchen to create this one-off seafood extravaganza, proudly supported by
Walker Seafoods Australia.
Chase Kojima has headed up kitchens all over the world for the iconic Nobu restaurant group, before opening one of Sydney's premier Japanese-influenced fine dining restaurants,
Sokyo. The aim of
Spice Bar to Sokyo is to not only indulge diners with a deliciously, decadent feast, but also to enlighten diners on sustainable seafood practices; the importance of purchasing sustainable seafood and the effect it has on our local marine environment.

Citi Chef of the Year at the 2019
Good Food Guide Awards, is one of Australia's most awarded chefs. Peter has been at the helm of
Quay since 2001, where it has been awarded three chef hats for an unparalleled sixteen consecutive years.
Analiese Gregory, head chef of Hobart's two-hatted
Franklin Restaurant , spent five years working alongside Peter at
Quay , working her way up to Sous Chef, before heading off to the south of France, where she worked with
Michael Bras at his restaurant, which at the time held three Michelin stars.
Peter Gilmore and Analiese Gregory are once again joining forces in the kitchen to bring diners an extravagant, long lunch at
Good Food presents The Legends Lunch , to be held in the spectacular surrounds of
Yandina Station , overlooking Mount Coolum, on the Sunshine Coast's panoramic hinterland.
