Decorating course puts the icing on the cake
Come and see how it's done. Photography by Sara Gan
Have you ever wondered how people manage to create those beautifully decorated cupcakes? Then wonder no more! Bright Learning is holding a two and a half hour cupcake decorating course next month at its Teneriffe Centre.
Say good-bye to those packet cupcakes with their store-bought look and start creating our very own masterpieces. Not as easy as it sounds? It will be after you've joined in the fun and creativity at Cupcake Decorating 101!
Come away with new skills, ready to create your own masterpieces! Photography by Sarah Gan
Instructor, Sarah Gan, uses down to earth, basic ingredients in her cooking - no fancy stuff here! After demonstrating techniques to the class, Sarah will turn you loose and you'll be able to put your new-found knowledge and skills to use, decorating three cupcakes of your own. Sarah has her own company, Ugly Food & Co, and says one of the happiest things she likes to to do is cook and bake.
Why not join the class for a bit of happiness, creativity and fun?
