Learn to feel happier, calmer, relaxed, pain free, peaceful, contented, fulfilled and loved.
The eastern suburbs health and happiness group is an experienced team providing information and interactive workshops for groups as well as individual sessions in EFT, Faster EFT, Therapeutic Massage, Myofacial Release, Bowen Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Mediation, Belly Dancing, Counselling, Coaching, Sand Play Therapy, Holistic Counselling, Art Therapy, Enneagram and much more.
Sponsored by the Omshanti Centre in East Burwood, empowering people is the aim of the group. Come along and gain knowledge from experienced people and meet like minded others.
Among the four organisers in the group, Pam Wright is a stress expert who will teach you a simple technique that will help you release all your stressors. She has been working with people for over 20 years and believes in personal empowerment and living a joyous life.
Rob is another organiser who has been with the group since September 2012
Heather Wilks specialises in helping to relieve physical and emotional pain using gentle effective techniques. Leading groups for healing is a particular passion of hers. She is a practitioner using Faster EFT (Emotionally Focused Transformation), TAT (Tapas Acupressure Technique), Dowsing, Reiki and Australian Bush Flower Essences.
Last but not least, Linda Black is the fourth organiser in the group, a clinical hypnotherapist and certified EFT practitioner. Nothing gives her more pleasure than to see the shift in people as they make the changes they seek.
