The farm to table dining concept has always been fascinating to me because I like to know where my food comes from. This is more so the case here in Nairobi where fresh, organic produce is easier to come by and in some places, is still the norm in terms of food consumption.

Cultiva grounds
Originally established in Ecuador, Cultiva Farm Kenya has evolved to become a culinary experience that is thus far, unmatched.
I love such unconventional concepts where it would not be frowned upon to have dessert as a starter because, at the end of the day, the entire experience is what's likely to bring me back rather than just the food.

spicy nuts
A friend's birthday brought me to Cultiva, which is the ideal situation when trying a new place because you can get to sample many different dishes at once.

Pork dumplings
Every meal was an entire culinary journey through perfect seasoning, spices and flavour.

tacos
I'd encourage anyone going to Cultiva to make a booking and arrive famished because it is surely not how you will leave.

Buttery, garlicky seafood heaven
Their pizzas are masterfully prepared just how I like - on a thin, airy crust with tonnes of flavour and character.
I'd recommend Cultiva for any group function, date or corporate event.
