Culinary classes are usually always very interesting and this one will be no exception. Aimed at people who lead a busy life, this masterclass has many aspects to it.
Given by Jo-Anne Grist, this one is for those people who are not achieving a work-life balance and are constantly on the move. This type of person often resorts to coffee and wine to keep them boosted up in their entrepreneurial or work week.
If you are interested in understanding and learning how to produce easy to make nourishing meals for optimum energy, then this workshop or masterclass is for you. It will be based around your work and lifestyle challenges and will be very informative. You will get to network with like-minded entrepreneurs in groups of about 8 to 14 people.
You can join Jo-Anne for a fun and learning afternoon as she teaches you simple foodie tips and strategies to live a healthier lifestyle. Jo-Anne will touch on project management of your nutrition over this four-hour culinary masterclass.

The event format for the day will be as follows:
1. A welcome by your hos, and overview of what will be covered during the session. 2. A demonstration of how to prepare nutritious meals whilst utilising fresh, local regional produce.
3. There will be discussions on helpful hints on time management, menu planning, kitchen setup, and strategies to implement. 4. A shared table with the rest of the group, to sample dishes prepared over a glass of wine. 5. Q&A on the overall session to address any current challenges you may have.
This class includes:
A glass of wine or a freshly squeezed juice on arrival.
Different tastings throughout the three-hour cooking demonstration.
