This is a beautiful, easy dish that does not take too long to put together.
Ingredients
600g chicken breast
1 can of baby corn
8 mushrooms
1 egg
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 packet Masterfoods Cheese finishing sauce
Method
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees celsius.
Beat the egg in a small bowl. Then pour it on to a large plate (large enough for the chicken pieces).
In another plate, mix bread crumbs with Italian seasoning.
Dip each piece of chicken into the beaten egg mixture. Follow it up by then placing it into the bread crumb mixture and allow for a thorough coat.
Place coated chicken into a large baking dish (9x13").
Bake for about 30 minutes, till the chicken turns golden brown.
While the chicken is cooking, place the sliced mushrooms in a sauce pan and cook over a medium heat till they achieve a well-sauteed look.
With the baby corn, empty the can with the preservative juice into a bowl and place in microwave. Cook for about a minute to a minute and a half and then drain the liquid out.
Present the dish on a plate with the crumbed chicken, baby corn and mushrooms on the side.
Use about 1/2 packet of Masterfoods' Cheese Finishing sauce by placing it in a mixing bowl, followed by boiling water till it just covers the powder.

Mix thoroughly for about 2-4 minutes till it becomes thick and pasty.
Pour the cheese mixture over the vegetables, and the remainder on the chicken.
Alternatively, you can replace the corn with carrots if you like, and even have a refreshing drink whilst enjoying this delicious meal!
