It's great to regularly exercise and keep your body in shape. So if you have been looking for a local gym to exercise in, why not get along to the new CrossFit King gym at their Grand Opening in Salisbury.

Originally started in a backyard shed, the CrossFit King team is opening their new store at the Salisbury Super Sports Centre. This gym offers services such as personal training, physiotherapy, sports massage, injury managements and much more. CrossFit has several high-skilled trainers to give you an individualised strength and exercise program, including weight training and cardio exercises. CrossFit also offers unique performance and training programs that can be customised according to each person's physical capabilities.

The Grand Opening ceremony will include a free sausage sizzle for those who attend. Also, a special Super Sprint Challenge is open to anyone who is willing to participate (the more, the merrier). Prizes for the top competitors and winners are up for grabs, so get your gym gear ready for the upcoming race. So bring your gym buddies to the Grand Opening of CrossFit King.
