In response to their sell out concert at the 2016 Adelaide Fringe, Creedence Revival return to The Capri to set the house rockin' around the world with plenty of swamp rock 'n' roll, blues and country music of John Fogerty and Creedence Clearwater Revival.
The Creedence Revival is an Adelaide-based band comprising musicians who have performed with a host of national artists including Marc Hunter and Dragon, Swanee, Normie Rowe, Brian Cadd, Marcia Hines, The Highlights and the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra plus many more. The five members of Creedence Revival play ten instruments for almost two and half hours. Playing masterful blues and rock riffs and accompanying moments of great harmonies.
The performance is complete with an in-depth narration refreshing your fond memories of the history of the original CCR. Along with the nostalgia you will be swamped by the energy of their greatest hits that Creedence Clearwater Revival and John Fogerty are well known for around the world. Songs such as Proud Mary, Run through the Jungle, Suzi Q, Fortunate Son, Midnight Special, Lodi, Bad Moon Rising, Down on the Corner, Born on the Bayou and Green River will rock on making this a show well worth seeing.
