On the weekend of Saturday 30th June and Sunday 1st July 2018, you are invited to rug up and enjoy the Creative Textile Weekend at the Arts Centre in Port Noarlunga.This FREE community event is proudly presented by Onkaparinga Arts and showcases a handpicked selection of market stalls offering a diverse range of handmade textiles.Come along with your family and celebrate local textile arts and creative headwear, from the traditional to the sculptural, the playful to the wild and the wonderful to the bizarre. Adding to the bustling atmosphere are fun textile demonstrations over the weekend. The Creative Textile Weekend coincides with the opening of the Beanies to Berets exhibition - make sure to stop by, admire the works and perhaps purchase a unique beanie or beret.The Creative Textile Weekend is open to all and is a must for all those who love textiles!
