Creative Lane Art and Craft Festival

The first ever Creative Lane Art and Craft Festival will be held at Marrickville Town Hall on 18 June. It's all about taking art and design further into Sydney's Inner-West and connecting the community with local artists and designers.

There will be around forty stallholders selling jewellery, homewares, textile goods, and artwork. Many brands will be present which are taking their designs from Etsy and into the real world for the first time.

What differentiates this from the larger, more established art markets such as Paddington Markets or Finders Keepers is that stall holders have time allotted to do a mini workshop or presentation about their wares and how they are made. There will be more discussion involved, along with the expected buying and selling.

Drop by for a chance to grab some very unique goodies and mingle with makers so new to the scene - that even the hipsters will not have heard of them.

Marrickville Town Hall is just over 5 minutes walk north of Marrickville Station.
