Setting and achieving goals can be fun
American entrepreneur, philanthropist, and life coach, Tony Robbins, recently said, "Setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible."
Do you find that at the beginning of the year your resolve to achieve certain goals is strong yet this dissipates throughout the year with the pressures of commitments and Life in general? Do you need some assistance turning the invisible into the visible? Can you see me putting my hand up?
An Art Therapy Vision Board Workshop may just provide the focus and clarity to assist you to achieve.
So, what is a Vision Board? A Vision Board is a sacred space that has been created to display what you want and brings those dreams to life. It allows you to focus, and what you focus on expands. By creating a Vision Board and placing it in a space where you see it often, you essentially end up doing short visualization exercises throughout the day.
Example of a Vision Board
Do you need to be artistic to create a Vision Board? No, not at all. (Thank goodness!). It's all about you and your goals. The idea behind the board stems from the reasonable hypothesis that positive thinking leads to a positive outcome. Positive thinking is one result, but the process of creating an inspiring vision and working toward it creates the energetic vibration to manifest it.
