Creamy Chicken and Spinach Pasta Recipe

Creamy pasta dishes are an indulgence and sometimes a sin, but why not spoil yourself, your friends and family with this delectable dish. It's quick and easy to make for even the most basic of cooks.


4 Chicken breasts
2 Onions
300g Spinach
1 Cup Thickened Cream
2 Garlic Cloves

For a creamier and zesty taste:
500ml Thickened Cream
2 Lemons

1. Cut the chicken into small dices or strips.

2. Chop onion fine and brown in an oiled pan.

3. Once onion is browned add chicken and allow to cook until all pieces are white.

4. Add thickened cream and stir.

5. Allow to cook for 10 minutes.

6.Test chicken. If cooked through add lemon juice and spinach, cook for three minutes. If chicken isn't cooked, give another 2-5 minutes then test again.

Serve up with fettuccine pasta on the base and creamy chicken sauce on top. Enjoy!
