Fun and professionalism is written all over ' pink storefront with additional encouragement from a blackboard sign of changing slogans. Today's message is 'Happy 2016'. Upon entering, the cheery pealing of a bell over the door reminds one of an old country store. Embossed silver on the counter front gives a 1950s feel which compliments the old fashioned, friendly service.

Seating is limited but charming with colourful folding chairs outdoors or indoors at the bench.

Comfort food cupcakes topped with tons of buttercream, are available in many flavours including Ganache Goddess, Red Velvet, Maple Bacon Pancake, Caramello and lots more.

Raspberry Eton Mess demands an explanation for an Australian. As a classic old-school English recipe, it's the different ingredients within which make up the mess. A surprise blob of raspberry jam and maybe a teeny hint of balsamic vinegar somewhere in the mix. Toppers are piped meringue stars dusted with snowy icing sugar over scrummy raspberry buttermilk.

S'mores cupcakes are chocolate with marshmallow topped with meringue icing, a piece of arrowroot biscuit and drizzled with chocolate; heavenly.

Macaroons entice in colour and bite-size, with flavours such as Cherry Chocolate, Bubblegum, Licorice, Green Tea and Rose and Ginger.

' coffee comes hot from the Barista machine to compliment your treat for the day.

Cupcakes are $45 per dozen and Macaroons, $24 per dozen. Conveniently boxed they are an exciting addition to your office function, family occasion, anniversary or maybe you just need a personal reward.

Theme Cupcakes cater for family or corporate occasions. For a little extra, you can order cakes adorned by your colleagues' or child's latest favourite symbols or characters, such as Hello Kitty or Batman. These cuties come in printed or fondant form.

For cakes in larger sizes there are endless possibilities in the range of flavours and decorations available. Create your own theme of perhaps Lego, racing, rosettes, rainbow or classic rose wedding cakes. See the website catering menu for further details.

Reward cards are available with a free cupcake on your tenth visit. Pink cards are easy to locate in your wallet too.

After just over one week of being closed, have reopened with new management, fresh from the northern town of Hervey Bay.
