If you have the taste for adventure, check out Crank Indoor Climbing & Parkour Gym in Macgregor.

No bookings are necessary - if you are a new climber, simply head on down and the friendly instructors will help you get started. Inductions are held on arrival (weekends) and after 5pm (weekdays).

The facility was built for all skill levels (the minimum age is 14 years).

The walls offer great lead climbing with a dedicated indoor slackline area.

Kids can enjoy a safe interactive kids climbing area, fitted out with tunnels, cargo net and more.

The gym also offers parkour equipment which can be used by those who have completed a beginner course in Parkour (either through Crank or an approved instructor).

There are also great social classes running on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights from 7pm.

This is a great way to meet other keen climbers in a fun and encouraging setting. No bookings are required.

The Crank multi-purpose facility was built and designed by both Australian and International climbing wall manufacturers, to deliver a climbing playground for everyone.

Crank can also host all-inclusive birthday parties and corporate events.

For more information on Crank, visit the official website.
