Are you good with creative crafts? They are perfect for gift giving for Christmas, birthdays, thank yous or for really any occasion. I, personally, have experience with all four ideas.

  • Wreathes

  • Do you have any material laying around your house and not being used? Get a ruler and a pair of scissors and cut into a bunch of strips in 2 x 8. Go to Dollar Tree and buy wreath forms to wrap the fabric around.

You can use ribbons or any type of embellishments to make fancy, but I like simple with just the fabric. I call my wreaths "scrap fabric wreaths".
The following YouTube video demonstrates how to create a scrap fabric wreath - How To Create A Scrap Fabric Wreath

  • Gift Baskets

  • Do you have any spare vessels in your house? Any type of container. This can be whicker or plastic. I have even used purses.

Make up a theme. Such theme could be pasta, coffee, beauty, etc. Shop for shrink wrap, ribbons and bows to complete. I shop at Dollar Tree.

  • Gift Jars

  • Use anything from a jar to a coffee cup. Again, have a theme. Many people create mani/pedi, hot cocoa, candy, etc.

  • Goodies

  • I consider goodies as a craft. One year for Christmas, I gave oatmeal no-bakes. I like to give no-bakes. However, women like my mother Rose have always given pizzelles, poppyseed rolls, nut rolls, raspberry pie, etc.

Finally, as you probably know, Christmas is coming up. Why not get started ahead with some crafts? You would be helping out Mr. and Mrs. Santa!
