The Louis Joel Arts and Community Centre will be hosting : Supporting families affected by family violence on Saturday November 28th from 2:30pm to 5pm.

Come along for FREE hands on, fun and interesting discussions in recognition of the international 16 Days of Activism against Gender Based Violence campaign. Safe Steps Family Violence Response Centre and a survivor advocate will talk about men's violence against women and what we can all do to prevent it.



A lovely afternoon tea will be served, and blankets will be knitted for local families experiencing homelessness as a result of family violence. There will also be guests teaching beginners how to knit, no skills or equipment necessary.

Everyone is welcome! Free childcare is also available, call Liz Smith on 9932 1284 to book a place.
