Champagne or a balloon ride will get her spirits high
The Craft Extravaganza This Mother's Day craft fair will be held over 3 days, from 8 to 10 May 2015, so there is ample time to get up to Mt Tambourine over the weekend. It will be open from 10am to 4pm daily. This popular Mother's Day event will have crafts and other goods, all locally made from the best craft artisans. There will be no imported or plastic junk for sale.
The first day is always busy with attendees, keen to find bargains or the best selection of crafts available. All products for sale will be proudly handmade crafts by 50 local and South East Queensland crafts-persons. This will be a good opportunity for visitors to the area to take home some authentic Australian goods for gifts on their return home.

A coach can come and pick you up from your accommodation in the Gold Coast and take you up into the hinterland. Costs include a host of extras, such as a hot champagne breakfast at Canungra Valley Vineyard. The vineyard will also be having a breakfast for people to watch the balloon festival.
