The Craft and Quilt Fair is all about seeing possibilities and learning new techniques from top craft specialists, who have come from all around the world.
The fair welcomes craft inspired beginners to professionals to attend and enjoy the event, packed with everything and anything craft related. Why not take along family and friends as you go shopping for some craft supplies, and get free tips and inspirations for your own craft projects.
The fair will be open from 9am to 5pm every day for the entire week and admissions start from only $16 for adults and $8 for children. Family passes are also available for those wishing to have a fun and crafty family day out.
Check out the Craft and Quilt Fair website for more details on admissions.
The fair is also holding free demonstration classes and workshops, for all of you who wish to pursue your crafty inspired ideas. You may also just walk around and view all the artworks on display, or perhaps paint your own artwork to take home with you.
The most exciting part of the fair this year, is for all you aspiring art designers. The fair is holding a 'create your own canvas' competition. Anyone above the age of 16 is eligible to enter. Using 'Sydney' as your theme, create your own canvas and be as Crafty and Original as you like in order to win. All entries will be displayed at the fair, as viewers vote for their favourite. Winners receive $250 in cash.
