is more than just an exhibit of fabulous quilts, it's four full days of DIY classes, some of which are free. Situated at the Goods Shed at 3 Victoria Street, Toowoomba City, attracts a crowd of enthusiastic quilters, sewers, embroiderers, scrapbookers, shoppers and more.

Upon entry, visitors receive a Learning Timetable (adult entry $17). Classes are hands-on and demo, with wonderful tutors and include: cherry picking' half square triangle blocks - applique made easy, fabric marker fun, cardmaking with tools for ink and blending, making Ninja stars, stained glass-look bags and the future of quilting.

The Toowoomba Quilter's Club exhibited a large number of exquisite and colourful quilts to feast your eyes on. Quilts and assistance bags are gifted by them to a large number of organisations, such as Ronald McDonald Houses, Together in Mind (at Toowoomba Hospital), Eva's Place, Manna House and Clifton Hospital Aged Care. Part of the exhibit includes breast drainage bags which are donated to St Andrews, St Vincents and Toowoomba Hospitals.





So many stalls to browse, with an abundance of supplies for the quilter and sewer, embroiderer and scrapbooker and more from leading craft retailers. Plus unexpected offerings including: niagara feel better (quality of life, 0448 107 998), massage by Happy Me Naturally (ask for a free head rub, 0414 093 636), Masha's Russian Punch Embroidery Needle (0412 781 807), Neha Aggarwal's Auzz trinkets and crafts (0450 006 646) and The Scrapbooking Den (0426 946 649).

Refreshments include hot chips, cake and coffee, with seating. There are facilities on site. Parking is limited, so get in early to in 2023 at the Goods Shed, Toowoomba.
