Preheat the pan on the stove with a little oil, place crab meat into pan with a little seasoning sauce.
Wash pork bones or chicken bones and boil them in water in a separate pan. Season the soup with a little salt. Continue to simmer for about 40 to 60 minutes. Taste again and add fish sauce depending on your taste.
Step 3 :
Wash and chop onions, coriander and mint into small pieces.
Soak vermicelli until soft, put in a basket to drain. Steam vermicelli for about 3 minutes.
Step 4: Put vermicelli into a bowl, put crab meat on top then put coriander, mint and onions, sprinkle a little pepper.
You can squeeze lemon, add a few slices chilli if you want a sour-spicy dish.
This dish is time consuming, but the result is well worth the effort.
