A celebration of the finest crab dishes - from east to west

The Morrison's 5th annual Crab Carnival returns for a month-long crab-tastic feast this Autumn!

Chef Sean Connolly and the team at The Morrison promise a truly tantalising and messy affair with their signature whole mud crab served perfectly with coriander & Sean's taste bud tingling hot sauce.

Sean's passion for Italian is also showcased with the delectable Crab Ravioli & Crab Risotto, plus there's the sweet, salty and spicy Salt & Pepper Alaskan King Crab Legs!

There will also be Crab Po'boys - a crowd favourite thanks to Sean's fresh and fragrant Green Goddess dressing "... one bite of those sandwiches makes everything right in the world" said Sean.

"Ever since I was a young boy I have always really enjoyed eating crab. It has a mysterious romantic feel about them as many people aren't really sure where or how they live in the deep blue. They have sweet yet salty unctuous tender meat that will melt anybody's heart."

Drop on in The Morrison from 19 March to 15 April 2018 and experience amazing crab dishes from around the world!

Prepare to get those hands messy too - as you can't eat crab without getting it all over yourself!

Book your table at or contact 9247 6744.
